Senior sales manager (B2B / technology)

We are looking for a sales professional who is comfortable operating in a technical B2B environment, understands customer needs, and can drive business opportunities from the first contact through to final decision. Someone who thinks in context, takes ownership of their deals, and wants to see the real impact of their work.

About us

We are a technology and manufacturing company based in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Our team consists of around 22 people. No corporate structures, no unnecessary bureaucracy. Everyone here knows why they do what they do – and it shows in the results. We specialise in custom electronics development and manufacturing. We stand behind projects such as control systems for gas boilers, devices for explosion propagation analysis, a smart water dispensing machine (from initial design to serial production)

In addition, we have our own product portfolio for remote energy metering. We help customers across Europe comply with legislative requirements (EED, ESG), optimise consumption, and reduce costs. Sales here is not about “pushing boxes” – it is about understanding the problem and designing a meaningful solution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Actively identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
  • Manage business cases end-to-end
  • Work with decision-makers and build long-term relationships
  • Prepare and defend commercial offers
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team
  • Develop relationships with existing customers
  • Use CRM as a true reflection of business reality
  • Bring market feedback back into the company

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a B2B sales role (ideally in a technical environment)
  • Independence, accountability, and the ability to work with uncertainty
  • Clear and professional communication
  • A fair and partnership-driven approach
  • Category B driving licence
  • Professional-level English
  • German is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel to customers or trade fairs
