PROJECT MANAGER

As the number of our custom development projects continues to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead projects from the initial brief through to successful customer handover. On time, within budget, and to the required quality.

About us

We’re a technology and manufacturing company based in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, specialising in bespoke electronics development and production. We’re behind projects such as gas boiler control systems, equipment for analysing explosion propagation, and a smart water dispensing machine that we both designed and manufactured end-to-end.

Alongside custom development, we also have our own product portfolio focused on remote smart metering. Our converters connect to existing meters and enable regular remote readings of consumption. In this way, we help customers across Europe meet the requirements of EU legislation such as EED and ESG, optimise energy consumption, and reduce operating costs.

As the number of projects continues to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead a bespoke project from A to Z.

Project Manager is the key person in the project, the one who keeps everything firmly under control. Your goal will be to take projects from the initial brief through to successful handover to the customer: on time, within budget, and to the required quality. You’ll plan and coordinate each step, set goals and milestones, and manage resources effectively.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Leading and coordinating bespoke electronics development projects (hardware, firmware, software) from initial brief through to customer handover.
  • Managing the full project lifecycle – planning, schedules, milestones, budget, risks, change control, and final delivery. Translating commercial and technical customer requirements into clear, actionable briefs for development and production teams.
  • Collaborating on technical specifications, workload estimates, and project schedules together with HW/SW teams.
  • Continuously tracking project status, managing priorities, and ensuring delivery quality and deadlines are met.
  • Proactively communicating with customers – reporting progress, handling changes, and managing expectations and risks.Maintaining project documentation and reporting(plans, meeting minutes, change logs, status reports).

Who we’re looking for

  • Micromanagement isn’t our style. However, we do expect initiative, responsibility, and the ability to manage your own work independently.
  • We also need you to have prior experience in project management (at least 2 years), ideally within software or electronics development.
  • You have excellent communication skills and you’re not afraid to use them.
  • Managing multiple projects at once is no problem for you.
  • You’re naturally fair-minded and a true team player.
  • You can communicate in English (at least B2 level).

Location & type of contract

  • Our headquarters are in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. We’re looking for someone who’s willing to commute to Rožnov pod Radhoštěm on a regular basis (more intensively at the beginning).
  • Working from home is absolutely fine with us – when you know what needs to be done, we won’t be breathing down your neck.
  • If needed, we can provide a laptop and phone on loan / arrange a rental.
  • We prefer working with contractors (self-employed / on a trade licence).
  • Rate: CZK 400–600 per hour.

If this sounds like a good fit, send us a message at vymazalova@acrios.com with a few lines about yourself and your CV or LinkedIn profile and we’ll get back to you.
