Production Manager

‍We are looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of our production operations. Someone who will not just coordinate day-to-day activities, but take responsibility for the whole process and lead the team.

What we are looking for

• You have at least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You have proven experience leading a small team and know how to allocate work, follow it through and check the results.
• You are comfortable with production planning, capacity planning and material planning, and you can make decisions about priorities.
• You are confident working with ERP systems, Excel and production data; technical documentation and quality control are familiar territory for you.
• *When plans meet reality, you stay calm, make decisions and communicate fairly.
• You can communicate in English when the situation requires it (minimum B1 level).
• You have natural authority without micromanaging, you are consistent and you want to make things work better.

‍What you will be responsible for

You will lead our four-person production team and take responsibility for ensuring that approved orders move through production correctly, to the required quality and on time. You will not be doing everything on your own. You will work closely with colleagues in purchasing, warehousing, development, sales and project management.

• Plan production, set order priorities and manage the capacity of both people and workstations.
• Allocate work on a daily basis, lead the team and monitor task completion.
• Ensure material readiness, identify risks early and resolve them together with purchasing and the warehouse.
• Cover for our warehouse colleague when needed and take part in routine warehouse operations, particularly receiving and issuing materials.
• Take responsibility for compliance with production procedures, quality and the resolution of deviations.
• Monitor deadlines, performance and key KPIs; provide a clear overview of production status.
• Identify the root causes of problems and propose process improvements rather than relying on quick fixes.
• Support the introduction of new products into production.

‍What we offer

• A gross monthly salary of around CZK 60,000, depending on your experience and level of independence.
• Full-time employment starting in January 2027. We initially offer a one-year contract and, if both sides are satisfied, we expect to renew it.
